1. Daily inspection
Fuel, oil, and coolant inspection: Before starting daily, check the fuel tank oil level, oil level, and coolant level to ensure that the oil level is within the specified range (such as the oil level should be between the two marks on the dipstick, and the coolant level should be between the upper and lower marks on the expansion tank).

Appearance and leakage inspection: Check the appearance of the generator set for oil and water leakage, remove dust, oil, and debris from the surface and surroundings of the unit, and keep it clean and dry.

Belt tension inspection: Check the tension of the fan belt, which should be able to be pressed down by fingers by about 10-15 millimeters without cracks or aging.

Connector inspection: Check whether various connectors are secure, whether cable connections are tight, and whether there is any damage or overheating.

2. Regular maintenance
Filter replacement: Replace the oil filter, fuel filter, and air filter according to the manufacturer's recommended cycle. For example, the air filter should be cleaned every 500 hours of operation, and if it is found to be damaged or severely clogged, it should be replaced in a timely manner.

Oil change: Regularly change the oil, it is recommended to change the oil every 200-250 hours of operation, and also replace the oil filter.

Coolant replacement: Regularly check the coolant level and quality. It is recommended to replace the coolant every year or 2000 hours of operation and add rust inhibitor.

Battery maintenance: Regularly check the electrolyte level and voltage of the battery, keep the battery clean, and charge it regularly. For maintainable batteries, check the electrolyte level. If the level is below the electrode plate, add distilled water to the specified height.

3. Basic troubleshooting
Difficulty starting: Check if the battery is fully charged, if the fuel supply system is functioning properly, and if the intake system is unobstructed.

Insufficient power: Check the fuel supply system, air filter, and turbocharger to ensure sufficient fuel supply and clean and unobstructed air filter.

Overheating issue: Check the radiator, water pump, and coolant to ensure that the radiator is clean and unobstructed, the water pump is working properly, and the coolant is sufficient.
